Thanks for the picture! The Bargman Tail Light w/ License Bracket item # 30-92-003 does look like it would be the correct replacement for your Keystone 5th wheel trailer. To confirm this you will just want to take a few measurements. The lens of the item # 30-92-003 measures 8-9/16" long x 4-9/16" tall and the mount holes are 7-1/8" long x 3-1/8" apart.
I have linked a diagram below that will give you all of the dimensions of this light so you can confirm it is the correct replacement.... view full answer...

There are 2 common misconceptions about trailer tires that can definitely lead to blow outs. The first is to fill the tires to the psi listing on the trailer instead of on the sidewall of the tire, and the second is to reduce or increase the air pressure. Both of these are incorrect and can/will lead to tire failure.
When filling up your trailer tires you want to make sure they are cold (after the trailer has been sitting overnight) and then fill them to the psi rating on the sidewall.... view full answer...
You can mount the Cruiser License Plate Mounting Plate # CR79150 referenced in your question directly to the outer wall of your Keystone Cougar. The included screws will allow you to mount the license plate to the bracket, and to attach the bracket to the trailer, you will likely just need some self-tapping screws like # CR80430.
I have attached a short video demonstration on this product that you can also check out. view full answer...
A typical 10 oz tube of sealant will cover approximately 50 linear feet but this can vary depending on the bead size. I recommend measuring all the areas of your trailer that will require sealing so you can determine how many tubes your project will require.
A convenient option to consider is the LaSalle Bristol XTRM RV Roof Installation Kit # 3442703414KIT. Not only is this a more economical option than buying everything separately, this kit will take most of the measuring and guessing... view full answer...
The adjustable height range ofthe Convert a Ball adapter part # CAB-C5GX1216 that you referenced is 12 to 16 inches. If you have 13 inches that falls within that range and if you needed further height to compensate for suspension sag this would have plenty of range left over. view full answer...
For your tire size of ST235/80R16 we have the Titan chains part # TC2319 which are a confirmed fit and would work well. I like these chains because they are easy to install and provide great traction.
I attached an install video for these chains for you to check out as well.
Be sure to check the owners manual of your trailer to determine if there are any tire chain restrictions. view full answer...
When using the manual override brakes on your Primus IQ # TK90160 the marker lights should not come on. The brake lights should come on to let the people behind you know the brakes are being applied, but the clearance marker lights should not. It sounds like you have either a crossed circuit in your trailer wiring or there is corrosion that may be causing the pin from your brake controller output to power the ground on your trailer. If you are adding power to your frame that is an issue... view full answer...

In order to upgrade your existing landing gear system to a dual motor setup, I recommend completely replacing the follower leg with a lead leg # LG-177202. I have attached the dimensions for this lead leg so you can compare them to your existing unit to make sure it will work well as a replacement. It's technically possible to upgrade the follower leg by replacing all of its inner components, but this is extremely involved and it is much safer to simply replace the leg itself.
On a dual... view full answer...

Since your 2011 Keystone Copper Canyon 273FWRET Fifth Wheel has a GVWR of 10240lbs it should have at least two 5200lb axle which do use 12" brakes.

If you would like to replace your current hub and drum assemblies and braking assemblies to the 12" version I will need to know... view full answer...

It is possible to replace just one leg of your 5th wheel landing gear. You will just need to confirm if it is the lead/driver leg or the follow leg. Usually the lead leg is on the driver side and the follow leg is on the passenger side.
You'll also want to try to find a brand name and part number on the damaged leg. You want to match up the leg dimensions and the spacing of the mounting brackets as shown in the linked diagram.
Most likely your trailer has Lippert landing gear so for a... view full answer...
